Our Culture and Journey

Founded in 1993 by brothers Stuart and Simon Sole, Allscreens Nationwide has become a market leading company in the automotive glazing sector with branches throughout the UK.

While Simon has retired, Stuart still sits on the Group Board of Directors with his sons Daniel and Sam, the Board also consists of Mark Payne and Phil Homer who both have distinguished careers in Automotive Glazing as well as Mike Williams, Group Finance Director who has a wealth of experience in accounts and finance.

We are a windscreen company run by windscreen people, all of our senior leadership team has a wealth of experience in the Automotive Glazing Sector and have used this knowledge to make the company what it is today.

As a family business still at our core, we have embedded this culture throughout the company by investing in our team members to give them a chance to thrive and grow within our business, our company truly feels like one big family giving us the care to achieve the fantastic service we strive for.
